To get help from a Online Support Agent you'll need a high-speed Internet connection and a current online.systechsavvy.com account. If you don't have an account you'll be prompted to create one when you click "Start Now". If you already have an account you can sign in at the bottom of the sign-up page. You'll also need a current, valid Data Shield plan on the product you require assistance with. The Online Support Team will ask for your ID or your original receipt number for validation prior to servicing – it should be on the back of the brochure or on your receipt.

- Data Recovery: Recover erased or lost data from the covered media.
